EXCELLENT knife perfect for soft fruits razor sharp I own several Wusthof Classic knives and would never buy any other brand

Wow what a knife , I absolutely love it, nice and sharp, it cuts bread, cheese, slices tomatoes peppers and onions quickly, with no resistant, it is now my go to knife was lucky to get at lower price, before it went back up 2 days later 🤩

Well made, razor sharp and has a classic, minimal look to the handle which I like. Bit pricey but worth it if your looking for a knife that will last years.

General cutting

Knife broke when it fell on the floor. Wish I’d bought a cheaper knife now. The idea was to buy a knife that would last not one that would break within a year of having bought it.

Sharp with a clean cut tomatoes. Perfect handling for small to medium cuts

Very pricey but it cuts through breads and groceries like butter. Incredibly smooth and accurate. You get what you pay for in this case.

I saw this knife come up and I wondered what on earth it was for - and reading the description. I saw that it was for cutting soft things like fruit and sandwiches. I can confirm it does this beautifully. I really mean beautifully. I just juiced so much fruit and this little thing made it a breeze. I cannot recommend recommended enough for cutting oranges. I have no idea how I will sharpen it when it gets dull, but I’ll figure that out when it gets there. For now… this thing is magnificent. I truly mean magnificent. I have no idea why I was cutting oranges with smooth blades before. My other knives are the wusthof ikon. This thing is the best choice for my oranges, apples, lemons, etc.
