Unbeatable at this price point. Very well made and easy to operate. I previously bought a different compass at more than double this price and it was a load of old tat. If you need a good quality compass, look no further.

REALLY LOVELY. FEELS GOOD QUALITY AND I CHECKED THE DIRECTION AGAINST A CHEAPER COMPASS AND MY PHONE COMPASS AND ALL THREE POINTED IN THE SAME DIRECTION, WHICH IS A BONUS. ALSO MOVEMENT OF NEEDLE WAS NICE, BUT YOU MUST MAKE SURE THAT THE SIDE BUBBLE IS RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE FOR ACCURATE DIRECTION POINTING.

Really well made very pleased with this compass. I don't know how to use it in depth but I have basic knowledge however it does come with instructions on how to use it with a map. The build quality is great, chunky, heavy and well built. Well worth the money.

I liked its utility but disliked its weight when hanging round my neck. Good value for money. Could save my life.

Looks good but fails in several areas. Poor assembly (in my one received) resulted in misalignment between casing and compass unit of about 4 degrees. You could argue that 4 degrees is a minor error but its very frustrating trying to sight a distant object when such misalignment exists. Split the compass unit from the body and reglued correctly. Now OK and good to go! Adequate compass!

This is a good compass which feels solid to use and points north! The bezel rotates OK, there is a little bit of a squeak when turning sometimes but this is fairly typical but doesn't detract from the overall use of the compass. So far it works well, it is damped and settles quickly after movement. It comes with a carry pouch, and a carry strap. Happy with my purchase and certainly good value for money.
