Useful if you tend to experience digestive issues with difficult to digest foods. Take 30-45 mins before your meal on an empty stomach. They pass through the stomach into the intestine due to the special coating. That is where they designed to work.

Relieves my abdominal cramping from IBS wthin 2 hrs if taken correctly on empty stomach. The coating prevents it from releasing in the stomach and causing heartburn.
