Product is good by all means. I got many compliments but it came without a cap.

Hi I happen to order the Nargis mist through Amazon at my father’s address in India and received it in Netherlands as he is visiting me. . I have the following two concerns. I have addressed this separately with Forest Essentials too and they do agree with that the bottle indeed is malfunctioning however since it was bought at Amazon they can’t replace it and I was advised to write to Amazon. I had been in touch with the manager there called Ms Shadma Khan in case if you would like to refer. 1. The golden rim below the pump/nozzle is loose (it came out) and is not tightened and revolves unlike other Forest Essential bottles that I have. Due to which it’s leaking (the alcohol was all in my hands ) and the spirit comes out from the rim when it’s sprayed. 2. Also it’s way too hard to spray than usual . It’s not smooth at all while pressing it. I can send it back with my father in July (he returns to India) for it to be reviewed and replaced. This is just very inconvenient specially when one lives abroad. I am attaching pictures of the invoice, the product and a video for your reference.I would want this product to get replaced. This is the first time I had an issue with a product delivered by Amazon. I hope to hear from you soon. Regards Ankush

Came without cap for a 1100 body mist, which is not a good thing, bit suspicious about authenticity, fragrance is good

Third time I am buying this just love this . It doesn’t irritate our skin , Highly recommend this. Worth for the money.
