There was a slight problem with the original unit (that's why I did not give 5 stars). But, the customer service people were very responsive and helpful and the problem was solved quickly. It's a well built unit. Our office is starting the process of eliminating door touches and this is a great way to go.

There is no Support , the remotes dont work ...the electric door striker doesnt release the door to be open , there is no Video on even how to set it up with an Electric Striker .. 1 old fool in the Video only shows how to Unbox ..really unboxing Video ....??? no programing Video

I will not be retyping it.Pros:1. easy programming although it looks intimidating at first. limit setting is recalibrated upon power-up with physical bump-stops. included programming tool is intuitive2. quiet motor. appears to be brushless3. aluminum unit housing is robust...

Product works great! Lots of sensors and options. The installation is very straight forward. This is the perfect application for our store as customers no longer have to touch the door to open it. The remote control function also allows us to open the door for delivery people without having to run to the door. I would definitely recommend this product.

They work really well, I’ve got no complaints about how they function. Had to buy separate electrical boxes to mount the waving plates in the wall. Also, the wiring diagram in the instructions were wrong, but with a quick call to customer service we got it all figured out.

The reason I give one star is the customer service actually answer the phone. It’s very very very complicated to install, so I hired a local door specialist, takes him about 3 hours to install. The instruction is not clear, they have to draw a new diagram for it.
