Great little scope for the price. Bought it for grandsons 22 but didnt like the way it looked on it. Put it on his AR 22 and loved it. Looks good...works good ...and fits perfectly.. Good value for the price range.

The scope is short enough to go on my SKS without blocking the loading port. The optics are pretty clear. The turrets lock into position. BUT: the crosshairs jump up and down as you rotate the magnification knob one way or the other. Go from 4x to 5x, and it is aimed at one point. Go from 6x to 5x and it is aimed at another.Returning for a replacement... if the next one is good, this might be a fantastic scope for the money...

The main thing on why this gets a 1 star review is because the eye relief is terrible. It really is horrible. Im not sure if it worth it just to see if I can get a mounting bracket or just go with different scope in general...

It has several nice features that often don't appear on low cost scopes.Lighted reticle works good. I like the locking turrets; push in to lock, pull out to unlock. Zero set is easy, but before you take it to the range the first time make sure the small screws that hold the turret caps on are properly tightened.I have it mounted on a 10-22 and the eye relief is so short at 8x it has to be installed on a cantilever mount to get it far enough to the rear. It shoots well and holds a solid zero.I would definitely buy another one.Ed B.

bought this on a whim just to seebuild quality looked pretty good. It came with two sets of scope rings that look ok. I tried the illuminated reticle in red & green however the tube was loaded with little flacks of some material that also illuminated not good. as for the eye relief I could not get it to work on a few rifles. the eye relief was not much maybe less than 2 inches estimate. so save your money

For the money it is amazing. I isn’t a Vortex, it is a cheap scope. However, it holds zero, has decent glass, and the finish is durable. I wouldn’t but it on a Weatherby, but for a SKS truck gun there is nothing better.

Perfect scope for short range rifles and carbines.Very good optics, at great price.

Really, really short. Good quality, but cantilever mounts should come with this, specifically made for this scope, as most won't fit.
