Cuts through meat like butter
The shipping was timely. The product is very, very sharp and cuts through meats like butter. Cleans easily, comes with a sheath and the grip with the hole makes a great balance in handling. The price was great.

No contest
I’m one of those people who never sharpens knives, so it’s no surprise when they dull and wear out. Not this knife! This thing somehow doesn’t seem to dull. It’s also the perfect shape and design. I now have 2 and use them for most things. I’ve ditched the Henkels. Hands down my favorite knife no contest!

This is a good knife. In its price range it maybe one of the better China knifes around.
This is made in China. What a joke. I bought this because Japanese knifes are some of the best in the world, but you pay for it. These are a low quality knife that requires sharping after using. For me thats no big deal because Im always sharping knifes. My real Japanese chef knife is as sharp as the day my wife bought. I can cut tomatoes micro thin. This knife can do it too, but not for long. It dulls fast and is kind of ugly. The black part is not forging makes but paint. Since its from China lead maybe an issue if it flakes off. Has not been an issue yet. Last it is not hand forged. Unless they are paying about .25 gets an hour to make this production knife they could never sell it for this price. Im sure they are laughing and saying stupid American will believe anything.

Nice knife.
The knife was able to make complicated knife duties such as cutting, slashing, and dicing. Had a pleasant weight to it. It cut through both chicken and steak like it was paper.
