How do u use the powder mix in English?

After watching youtube videos I do it this way: marinate chicken in rice vinegar and garlic for 15-20 min while prepping batter and fry pan. Mix equal parts powder and water in a bowl. Have second bowl with same amount powder only (dry). Dunk chicken in batter. Allow excess to drain. Roll in dry powder to coat outside. Fry very hot. Allow cooked fried chicken to drain as it cools to edible temp. Add gochujiang hot sauce if desired. Try to keep your family from eating it all before you get some.
