Does what it says , don't take more than 1, or just take half
Rating 5 starts because it does what it says. But be extremely careful while taking these tablets. Don't take it along with other medications. For eg. I took this tablet along with Rhodiola Rosea. And got severe panic attack. I never got panic attack in my life, except in this case. Today. It effectively communicates with the brain neurons. Don't take more than one per day and mix with other medications. Strict caution is needed .

Pure stuff but be careful with the dosage for this herb. Start with just half a tab for atleast a week, and if it sits well, you might increase it to 1. We are talking about neurotransmitters and that's no joke folks. Be slow, be steady.
