Used 6 Months... GREAT Product. Flashlight AWESOME!
I keep this on my keychain. The real winner on this knife is the light. It is handy to have a REAL flashlight (have had tiny inadequate keychain fobs before) built into my pocket knife. There are a number of times I've whipped out the light when I would otherwise have not bothered to fetch my normal flashlight, and it has saved me some difficulty. For example, I was installing a ceiling fan with my father-in-law the electrician. Got into a low-light situation because we'd disconnected the ceiling light. He complained, I whipped a flashlight out of my pocket (wouldn't have bothered to run down to the garage in the middle of the project to aid in one step that took only a minute), and we were better able to retrieve and work with tiny hard to see wires. I felt 50% more handy and was 100% more useful to the guy who was struggling on top of the ladder in that moment. The knife blade is decent quality. The scissors are also decent, though the non-fixed blade of the scissor once seperated from the other portion and I had to put them back together (there is a tiny pin that holds the two together). Honestly, I rarely use half of the tools in this knife. The screwdrivers, saw, punch, can opener are all unused to date; I usually keep real tools nearby though, if I didn't or I was at my desk job and needed to turn a screw, I could. This knife is a very convenient way of keeping these tools within arms reach... especially the flashlight.

Excellent tool - manage expectations
This tool does what it's designed to do, but be aware it's designed to do it in an affordable way, so manage your expectations. It's tight, sharp, and the features appear to be very solid in a well-built tool, but the materials are a bit "bendy" so I wouldn't recommend putting it through any torture tests or you're likely to bend, warp, twist or break things. I have one for each glove box and one for each first aid kit - these are excellent multi-tools for basic tasks, and will certainly perform well in an emergency too.

I used to buy the Beretta knife that is basically the same as this one...
But the Beretta knife costs 4 or 5 times what this one does. And the Beretta seems to break all the time. I had them replace 1 knife under warranty (Everything has a lifetime guarantee, but just try to collect on it...) The knife Beretta sent me was broken in the brand new blister-packed package! And when I sent this brand new broken knife back to them (With a slightly snotty note... In retrospect probably not a good idea) they "Lost" it and I never got a functioning knife back... The heck with that, these knives are just as good (I would bet anything that they are made in the same factory... Everything seems to be exactly the same... The LED flashlight, the corkscrew) Every single detail of this knife is exactly the same as the $40 Beretta, except this knife has the black rubber on the sides and it doesn't say Beretta in the super light etching on the side... I expect that this knife may break, too... And you have to fuss with the LED a little to get it to work sometimes, same as the Beretta... But this one is cheap enough that if I forget to leave it at home when I go to a Niner's game or the airport, it won't kill me to throw it in the trash... I plan to buy 5 of these next time, I love these knives!

Not worth much
The light doesn’t work at all. This is not worth the money. It’s just an ordinary pocket knife.

Not bad not amazing
It's worth the money if you want a standard swiss army knife with a light. The siccors suck on it but everything else is like a standard swiss army knife. Doesn't feel cheap or made with cheap material so it will last awhile.

Excellent outdoor multi tool that with meet your needs !!!
This multi tool knife is made with great precision and tight tolerances. The only thing I take issue with is that the ring on the end used to carry it on a belt clip is listed as one of the 13 tools on the knifr. That was really pushing it. All in all though, it will handle all your needs in the outdoors!!!

... saved up there money to buy a pocket knife like a friend has
My son and daughter saved up there money to buy a pocket knife like a friend has. When they saw that they could buy a knife with so many tools on it for the same price as the name branded 3 tool knife, they were super excited! As soon as they got it they started working the tools, and they have loosened up some since arriving at our house. The belt loop on one of the cases as broken as my son carried the case in his hand by the loop. (Kids are hard on everything!) Otherwise, this has been a nice pocket knife for them.

CAN'T CUT IT!
A YEAR LATER I'VE SHARPENED THE MAIN BLADE AND IS HOLDING THE EDGE FINE WITH OCCASIONAL TOUCH UPS. TORCTED THE SCISSOR BLADES TIGHTER WITH NEEDLE NOSE PLIERS AND NOW CUT BETTER. LIGHT IS STILL WORKING AFTER LOTS OF ABUSE. IF MANUFACTURE SOLD THE KNIFE WITH A LITTLE BIT OF FINE TUNING I WOULD HAVE RATED IT WITH 4 STARS. STILL NO WERE NEAR THE QUALITY OF ITS SW**S AMAZING COUNTERPART. SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY AND GET THE ORIGINAL. NOT SHARP AT ALL, SCISSORS BLADES BYPASS EACH OTHER CUTTING ANY THING THIN, OR THICK, ONLY REG PAPER TO LIGHT CARD STOCK. NO WERE NEAR QUALITY OF ORIGINAL FAMOUS MADE KNIFE FROM LITTLE EUROPEAN COUNTRY.
