Arrived well packaged. Assembly was easy to do. These pieces have held up very well through a winter (at 0°) with snow (uncovered), spring winds, and now summer dry heat and heavy winds. Very nice color, comfortable seating. Guests were complementary about the comfort, color ans style. We wanted durable and lasting-- I think we have this with choosing this set. Money well spent.

I was pleasantly suprised with this order. I looked bunch of different styles and ultimately went with this one cause the review said it's bigger than other 4 piece patio set. I ordered this set it came in 4 days much more faster than I thought. The box was slightly damaged during the shipping process but everything inside was perfectly packaged and wrapped. I was afraid to open the glass but it was packaged so well and professionally, it even had these little bumpers on the sides of the glass to absorb any shock. This set was very easy to put together. All the holes matched up ( which is very difficult to find in a cheaper patio set). Assembly was really a breeze. I did have a second person to assist me, but this could easily be done with 1 person. No difficult hardware. Just basic long screws and an allen wrench. I had the whole set put together in less than an hour. It feels very sturdy and likely will last a very long time. Honestly I was so impressed with the quality and ease of assembly I would 100% recommend this to anyone.

Fits perfectly on my small 10'x10' deck. Compact design doesn't take up too much room. Comfort is fairly good once you are seated. The bottom cushions should be a bit thicker. The back cushions are fine. All 3 pieces sit too low, so it's difficult to get up and out of the seated position. This is my biggest complaint. Older people will find it more difficult to get out of this furniture. This was very, very, very difficult to put together. Not that there are a lot of pieces, or the design is bad. It's just that it's nearly impossible to hold the little tiny nuts in place, while trying to thread a bolt through them. The nuts should have been welded in place. It would have reduced the assembly time by 3 hours (at least). Once assembled, the furniture feels solid. The wind blows the pillows around (not the manufacturers fault), and it has already rained on this set 3 times. It seems to hold up pretty well to rain. Am I happy? Yes. I didn't want to spend a lot on a patio set, and I got what I paid for. I expect this furniture to hold up for 4-5 years, and to look just fine during that time. It will take that long for me to recover from the ugly experience of assembling it.

The brown color it’s beautiful!! The cushions are a little thin but c’mon that’s not a big deal, you can buy outdoor pillows to make it extra comfy, the important is that the whole set looks nice and expensive, especially if you combine it with a fire pit like I did, it elevated the look of my backyard. I’m glad I had this idea of buying them separately because if you look for the whole deal together it’s very expensive (around 1,000 dollars just for some outdoor furniture? No thank you!) I’m very happy with my purchase 😍 now we’ll spend more time out here and make our dogs happier

I was skeptical to purchase especially because the seller was charging a $60 delivery fee. The furniture itself was $250ish. I received half of the furniture pieces rather quickly, probably within 1 week. The remaining half of the furniture pieces were not delivered for 2 weeks. The directions are definitely not the best, only providing pictures of furniture pieces, screws and tiny tools provided. I picked this set of patio furniture because descriptions state that the cushions are 3 1/2 inches. After opening the packaging I knew immediately the botton cushions were no where near that thick. Sure everything I used my tape measure and they only measure a measly 2". While some reviews stated that it only took them 1-2 hours to put together, it took me at least 4 hours to put the set together. The tools provided were thin and small causing them to slip frequently. And as a woman I think I normal small hands. The furniture itself looks nice when put together. I'm 5'1" - 130 pounds so when I sit on the 2" cushions for any length of time I can feel the bottom of the furniture. The material is nice and can be cleaned easily. Covers can be removed to be cleaned. I can't afford to ship it back to the seller. We all know how expensive it can be to replace patio cushions so I will keep these until I can afford better ones. Overall pleased with the furniture itself, but respectfully pretty disappointed in the cushions since that was the reason for choosing this seller over many others.

Patio furniture came in damaged boxes. This item was a returned item that they shipped to me because any item that has never been open would have been PACKED BETTER THEN what I received. In One box the furniture was not even wrapped in anything I should have let my husband put it back in box and mailed it back but he wanted to try it anyway. Instructions was NOT GOOD. Put set together 2 weeks ago and the wicker is coming apart already, PILLOWS are very THIN, glass top has spots already from just water and can’t wipe it away and it’s not like I can take it apart & send it back. So Looks like I just have to live with wasting $400.00 on a VERY CHEAP PATIO SET. I’m so hurt about this cheap set, because my deceased mom got it for my wedding anniversary a week before she passed away. Reading all the good reviews I should have listen to the bad reviews. So hurt, don’t want this on my new beautiful deck. So PLEASE LOOK AT OTHER SETS BEFORE YOU BUY THIS AND WASTE YOUR MONEY.
