Great taste. Icelandic cod liver oil is excellent quality. Having spent some time in Iceland they always have a "shot" of this to start the day - and they swear by the health benefits. Old school way of getting essential vitamins and nutrients, and those old timers weren't wrong. People in Iceland are very active, hearty and live very healthy lives in sometimes extreme climate conditions. I'm sold.

So....this is my first bottle, so it's hard to tell whether I'm reaping the benefits. I bought this basically for my right knee. I just had the left knee replaced, and there has been extra stress on the right, so I can only guess it's doing good. I would be curious to see if I could feel long term effects with continued use. This particular flavor is decent and it's easy to swallow. Will leave an updated review later...

Grannie used to order us to "Take your Cod Liver Oil!" I used to take it because Grannie said to. But I had to hold my nose and try not to choke or up chuck. Accordingly, as I grew older, my body notified me I needed to do something other than what I was doing. So, remembering Grannie's advice I thought I'd give Cod Liver Oil another try. I was wincing and darn near choking as I read the various write-ups about Cod Liver Oil products. Then I hit on Garden of Life's Lemon Mint Flavored Cod Liver Oil. I bought it and have used it now for 3 going on 4 bottles, and it appears to have increased my overall mood in a very positive manner. Bottom line, Grannie was right, and I intend to use this product for life.

I really like this product easy to swallow and at a good price. I'm going to carry on taking this brand on a daily basis.

I love every single one of Garden of life's products I have tried. This one is no exception. I, myself, take cod liver oil capsules but wanted to find a cod liver oil in liquid form to give my children. I wanted to try something that was flavored and didn't taste like fish. (Eew!) this one has a lemon mint flavor and tastes just as it is described. It does have a very slight fishy taste to it but it isn't that noticeable. My children love it. whenever I run out of my capsules I even take this. I cannot tolerate the taste of fish but I can handle this. In case you haven't researched the health benefits of taking cod liver oil, the benefits are outstanding! To name a few, taking cod liver oil increases your immunity, gives you super soft and glowing skin, helps with skin dryness and blemishes, promotes eye, heart and brain health and there are many other benefits as well. If you're looking to improve your health, I would,definitely advise you to begin a cod liver oil supplementation. Garden of Life is definitely the way to go!

Iceland has very clean water and this comes in a glass bottle, not plastic.. Importand considerations when buying cod liver oil or any liquid vitamin/mineral.

This is surprisingly pleasant to take. And no aftertaste, which is great. It does need to be stored in the fridge once opened. Its great for many things, but I take it for brain and nervous system benefits. Three weeks after starting to take it daily, I do feel more alert and I think it has helped with fatigue issues as well. I recommend it. I bought from Fitness Fuel’s who did post out promptly after purchase was made. All good 👌

This product is excellent. No fishy taste. Easily doable with no negative side effects. The vitamins A and D in it are essential for good health along with the other benefits this product offers, so make this a part if your daily routine. I take half a teaspoon daily and I have noticed an impressive improvement in my skin's moisture retention as well as the health of my finger nails. Just remember to keep it in the fridge.
