These work great & easy to use, connect, etc. Great colors, great brightness well made.

Corrected review. The LEDs work great. I paired these with an google compatible controller and surprisingly they work great. I am able to control the LEDs very well. The app is better than the google but since I want to just say what color and how bright I will put up with the limitations of google. Otherwise, they are great. I also do not use the adhesive sine most do not work well.

These lights look great as bias lighting for my TV. The only real issue I have with them is the adhesive. It's probably fine at room temp, but on the back of a warm TV it started to fail within days even though I'd cleaned the surface. After replacing the adhesive with 3M VHB they've been attached well and look great. I bought the ones with silicone waterproofing but decided I didn't need it. Removing it was not too hard. A little tedious but that's on me for getting silicone when I don't really need it. Without the silicone the PCB is a bit fragile. I broke a section by bending them too sharply at the point where I soldered while trying to install them initially, but replacing a section is easy if you're comfortable soldering. I found that applying hot glue and then heat shrink over solder connections reinforced them sufficiently.

Super easy to work with! Cutting to length is simple. Lights are coated to protect. Against water. Mounts easily, wires up easily, works reliably. DOES REQUIRE AN EXTRA DEVICE TO CONTROL LIGHT SETTINGS! I recommend setting the lights up to a switch so you can turn on and off.

LED light strip is good but the pins came bent not happy at all for the price that was paid for these

I have mounted a lot of these. But for some reason they just stop working. Replaced a couple of times. They look like sick amazing quality but I am dissapointed. I have them mounted on a small retaining wall outside. And they keep dying. They look great. When they work. :( I’m going to buy a different brand and see if that works better

Customer service was fantastic. I thought the strip was defective because only the red worked, but I had the wrong power adapter. They offered to send a new adapter but I had already purchased a new one, now they work great. Would definitely recommend.

Be careful, no Power Supply or controller. Here's something I found in a general search. *****The product requires a 24V DC power supply to operate, which is not included. Customers mention the power supply needs to be compatible with the strip's 5-pin connector. Finding the appropriate power supply ensures proper voltage and current for the LED strip.******* The product came with zero documentation and I'm having trouble finding a PS that works with a 5pin connector.....so frustrating. Emailed BTF looking for help in paring a PS that works with a their 5pin LED light strip with no reply. Maybe it's just me because I don't see others complaining about it, but seems way to complicated finding, ordering and setting out the PS and controller config. Ordered these originally because I was looking for a "warm" white along with colors. For some reason this is hard to find. Anyway...I give up, to complicated, no support. I'll return these and just order warm white only LED strip WITH power supply.
