This pill is great in that it has everything you need in one pill. However, I have a hard time swallowing them. They do not have a coating, so one got stuck in my esophagus. My husband has no problem swallowing them, so he is taking them. He likes that it has zinc and quercetin in one tablet. I went back to taking two capsules instead.

I bought this zinc to prepare my body should I come in contact with Covid 19. I believe studies are showing if you have zinc already at a good level in your blood you will have milder symptoms. Green basics also has the added benefit of quercetin, also known good for supporting the body against Covid. The green tea and copper are added bonuses!

We’re using this because Zinc with Querticin is a good immunity booster. We’re still waiting for our State to implement a Covid vaccination program. Until then, we’re using every tool we have to stay virus free. This item arrived very quickly and well packaged. We find the tablets easy to swallow and haven’t experienced any stomach irritation.

I have taken these for about two weeks and honestly, I expect to have some improved mental clarity or even better resistance to the common cold, etc. Nothing, no effect at all. I am not sure what to say, but I would have a hard time recommending these.

Excellent product

Purchased because of the combination of vitamins— zinc & quercetin, which need each other to “work.” Tiny flat vitamin is easy to swallow. Can’t say I notice or feel a difference, but will keep taking since it contains essentials important to fighting viruses!

I bought this zinc supplement because I found it was the most complete in the market. I make everyone in my family take this supplement to help aid their immune system, especially during these scary COVID-19 times.
