Absolutely loved it for the 2 months it worked then it just stopped heating up. Amazon not interested because it was outside the return window and the manufacturer not interested because of the cost of sending a replacement to the uk. Maybe I was unlucky but shouldn’t really be breaking after 2 months use.

Great to have heated lunches now and not be using a gas station microwave or eating cold sandwiches any more. I drive truck for a living in town and works great. Depending on what you are heating up (frozen or not) I usually plug it in for 1 hour. If it’s is only soup probably would be less time. Find a container that is microwave safe. The container your pre made meals come in at the grocery/Walmart is probably not adequate and may melt. Find a better container. I saw someone with a melted container and they probably is a cheap container that came with the food they bought. I use a glass container or a plastic microwave / dishwasher safe container to reheat my food in. Also works fine in my Tandem truck with 24 volt batteries. Will be buying another one for a friend.

Very good product and customer service

Great little cooker, cooks my dinner every night at work while i am driving, i thought it wasn’t working at first but i was putting my mobile on it and the air in the cooker couldn’t get to the top, so once i realised this i rigged a thing for it to keep the handle up so air gets to the top and around my dinner from with in the bag, works well now, defrosts my dinner every night in about 2 hours or less, don’t put things on it! It won’t cook otherwise.

We use this “cooker” for our camper van. When we head down the road in the morning, we plug it in and when we stop for lunch, we have a nice hot meal. It’s nice and small and fits in small spaces. I like the Pyrex matchup. Before we go camping, I make a bunch of food and freeze it in bags to fit inside the Pyrex dish. I put the bag inside the Pyrex to thaw inside the hot logic. Then I don’t have to worry if the bag springs a leak, it will just stay inside the Pyrex dish. This is a great way to camp!
