These are perfect for what I needed, the guards are easy to put together and everything in the set matches perfectly. The color is true to what is advertised. I ordered the teal.

After picking up ice skating as a hobby this year, I quickly realized that taking care of my vintage skates was extremely important to maintaining them as long as possible, so after looking at options, I snagged this gift set for myself. The soakers are extremely no-frills, and the towel is as well, but both have done a great job of drying off my skates after ice time. The color options are great and they look even better in person! I would definitely make sure you measure your skates and reference the size chart to ensure you get the right size soakers, but if you do, they will be a great fit. The pro shop at my rink was able to cut the hard guards to size for me, so I didn't have to worry about doing it myself, and all the items in this set are extremely straightforward to use. I can't speak to their durability, as I haven't had them long, but I have confidence that these items will stand the test of time.

I purchased these to fit a women's size 9 figure skate. They fit, but just barely so really measure your skates if you have a larger size. The plastic skate guards come disassembled and were a bit challenging to put together. Otherwise the soft guard and hard guards work great! The fabric is absorbent and have kept my blades rust free. The color is exactly as pictured. After 4 months of use they have held up well.

These are great. I love the cloth to dry the blades. I like it so much I bought another set in black.

Had to cut mine 2 sizes smaller, but they fit great and very easy to make a clean cut! They’re silicone and very soft which I like. The blades stay very safe.

The soakers are absorbent and durable, and the blade guards fit well even on hockey-style blades (although a little less secure than on figure skating blades). For walking between a prep area like a locker room and the ice, they're perfect. Guards can be a little finicky to put together but the instructions are very clear. Make sure the screws face opposite directions and screw them in all the way with the springs fitted, so the springs move down the screws and sit snugly against the plastic. The included cloth is fine. It's absorbent enough, but it's really just extra on top of what you're buying, which are the soakers and the guards.

If your skates are shorter than 12.5” and you can find/afford guards that fit that by default, definitely get those instead of these. I knew I may have to cut them since my skates are a size 3.5, but it was much more difficult than expected. I ended up using a steak knife since I don’t have a saw (the video shows a serrated bread knife), and I attached a photo to show how inconsistent it can look at the point where the guards meet. The product itself is good, except for the color. The guards themselves match pretty well to the Ruby I ordered, but the towel and the soakers are disappointingly muted. Much more like a burgundy, even in direct lighting.
