I honestly didn't see any increase in my supply. The taste wasn't great, tasted more like turmeric. With so much difficulty I finished it :/.Am not really sure about all those positive reviews :|.To me it didn't really work.

I disnt like the taste at all. Its so bitter in taste . Its has fenugreek thats y.. I thought it would be good in taste but even a single bite made me to vomit. Its better to go for lactonic granules power thats too helped me in boosting milk supply n its also very good in taste. Its just like having elaichi powder in milk.

I faced a lot of low milk supply issues since my baby couldn’t latch properly during the initial days. I tried to pump and feed him but I wasn’t too comfortable and my supply remained low. My friend suggested this product to me and I would have one bar a day and trust me within 3 days my BM supply increased like magic! It has all the required lactation ingredients to boost milk flow and tastes so yummy unlike the bitter Japa laddoos we get in mithai shops.. I would totally recommend lacto bites for all new moms!! The bar might work for many but I was very much disappointed with the hygiene part. As shown in the image, found a hair strand in the middle of the bar and had to throw up thinking of the unhygienic way the bar was made. As we feeding mothers are so prone to infections I highly look for the trusted brands for the sake of healthy and hygienic products.

The product is really good with amazing taste it's so healthy product with healthy ingredients. It contains all the vital nutrients required for lactating women to take care of their children. I got very good result after using and it's totally safe and no side effects.it Enhances breast milk supply naturally, Helps in cleanising the digestive tract and strentgthening the spine and therby reduces back ache problems.
