Great product

I open one 100mg capsule and mix the powder with a small amount of water, apply on my face. It gets absorbed in right away. Then I cut up a soft gel of vitamin D3 and apply on my face, add a bit of water for easy spreading. (Vitamin D3 is for tissue repairing). I really feel my eye bags are much less visible and skin is tighter. I also do facial exercises which add to the good results.

Prescribed by my nurse practitioner.

My doctor has me taking pregnenolone among other things and she measures my levels through regular blood tests. I was previously taking a cheaper brand of the same dosage and my blood tests kept showing low levels so I switched to Klaire Labs and ever since my levels have been great. I am quite satisfied with the quality even if I am paying more for this than other brands.

My Dr. prescribed Pregnenolone. He told me to get it compounded. I did and it cost $90.00 It seemed to work although the effects are very subtle. I seemed to be better able to go back to sleep when I awaken. I asked him about buying on Amazon and he said he didn't know. So I did a couple of times. Again, it seems to work albeit very subtlety. So I'm giving it a good recommendation even though I'm not sure what exactly it's doing. I don't know if memory is better, if other hormones are being produced in more quantity, etc. I just know that if seems to be as effective as the compounded Pregnenolone I bought.

This product has really made a difference in my hormal acne. I absolutely notice a difference if I miss it for too long. A must in my daily routine.

I can actually feel the difference in that it miminizes my feeling tired. If I don't take it I feel sluggish and I will doze of eating supper while watching the tube. I can feel a difference inside too. Though its is cheaper here, it works as effectively as those sold for more money elsewhere.
