These strips are really good. I have used Crest whitening strips along with several generic store brands (Walmart, Rite Aid, etc) in the past and I have to say that these work just as well if not better than those other strips. The price is really great and what makes it stand out from Crest. As others have mentioned, the grip on these is quite good. (The instructions even say you should use water to remove them from your teeth, though I don't). I put them on my teeth and use my fingers to smooth the strips over my teeth and into the little crevices between my teeth. It stays in place for the entire 1-2 hours without shifting. I have not had issues with sensitivity except for when I accidentally left these on too long. If you have sensitive teeth, then you might want to try these for no more 30 minutes to an hour for your first time. You should be able to leave them on for up to two hours if you don't have sensitive teeth. Some people mentioned that these leave white spots on their teeth after whitening. These are completely temporary and are caused by differences in the tooth density (according to the instructions). If you have this issue, I strongly recommend sticking it out and to keep using the strips. Your teeth will get whiter and the white spots go away within a few hours. I was able to see a noticeable whiteness to my teeth after a few uses. One package should enough to get your teeth white. I have bought additional packages for family members and always have at least one on hand for myself so that I can do periodic touch ups. TLDR: These really cannot be beat in terms of price and overall quality. They work extremely well and will noticeably whiten your teeth within just a couple of uses!

I like these! I see some mixed reviews with the adherence but I like that they stick well to the teeth so they aren’t sliding around and can really penetrate your teeth. I did see a difference after a few days without sensitivity so I’d say they do work and the price point is great for what you get.

Partamos de la base de que el blanco puro es practicamente imposible de conseguir en los dientes y, desde mi punto de vista, no es algo estetico, hace que tus dientes parezcan postizos, ya que la erosión sobre el esmalte durante el transcurso del tiempo es inevitable. Dicho esto estas tiras consiguen emblanquecer notablemente tus dientes, sin dejar ese blanco nuclear, y disimulando el amarillo así como las manchas que puedas tener. No es permanente, como es lógico, la mágia no existe, pero si que se nota. Si lo usas semanalmente vas a conseguir quitarte varias tonalidades de amarillo semana tras semana. Si lo dejas, como es normal, poco a poco recuperaras tu color natural, pero para momentos puntuales o si lo quieres incorporar a uso semanal, resultados tiene. Es muy fácil de usar, te enganchas la tira y la dejas actuar aproximadamente una hora. Si te lavas los dientes antes puedes tener dolor de hipersensibilidad y tener dificultades para desenganchar las tiras. La idea es ponerse la tira con los dientes mediamente limpios (te has lavado los dientes al mediodia, despues de comer, son las 9 de la noche y te pones la tira 1 hora). Cosas a tener en cuenta: - Si te pones la tira y a los 5 minutos te tomas un café solo, vas a peder notablemente la blancura. El café mancha mucho los dientes y como he dicho, la magia no existe. Esto no envuelve tus dientes con un producto que repela los líquidos. - Si eres de dientes sensibles ten cuidado porque puedes notar hipersensibilidad despues de ponertelas. - Intenta ponerte la tira, DURANTE 1 HORA, por la noche, ANTES de lavarte los dientes y antes de ir a dormir, así conseguiras que durante al menos 7/8 horas el producto latente no se vea afectado por líquidos. No te dejes la tira puesta toda la noche, como maximo 1 HORA. - Usa el sentido común, cuando te pongas las tiras, si notas hipersensibilidad no esperes a que vaya a más, te las quitas ipsofacto. Hay gente que tiene el esmalte delicado y fino y no va a poder aguantar 1 hora el producto puesto.

Works great! Always use before a big event and it's never disappointed, teeth don't feel sensitive after them either which I found happens with other brands. Highly recommend!
