worst packaging made pcb soldering disconnect,done soldering of own, if i need a complaint it will take long days to rectify.. product is ok,quality of material is bad..light is good

Replacement under warranty.
Four (4) nos of Ceiling Lights are failed on fixing to the ceiling and not functional.Request arrange replacement under warranty.

Driver not functioning 8n one unit.
Out of two number,one unit was not functioning.driver problem.electrician identified using meter that it is not regulating voltage.Had difficulty as it was needed for festival use.
