Great set! The pieces all have a function and has helped me shoulder pain, neck pain, foot massage, and even hip flexor stretches. It's super light weight and portable. Very firm and highly recommend!

I am thrilled with this product! The design is perfect for ease of use and for easing sore muscles. The roller part works easily and each little segment rolls separately. The price was so reasonable too! A bargain!

Good therapy tool. The rollers do not move as freely as others I have used but it is still effective.

This has been a lifesaver for my muscles and is very effective at rolling them out. It is pretty small and compact. I like the fun color, and it makes me more likely to use it. I can’t really speak to its durability since it’s so new, however it feels sturdy and like it will last for awhile.

While in physical therapy, my therapist used a similar roller to ease muscle tightness in my thigh, so I decided to buy this from Amazon. It is great - when doing my exercises at home I also use this roller to ease the tightness in my thigh - it really helps!

Easy to use. I was introduced to it at my physical therapy. REALLY helps get blood flowing to sore muscles. Hurts in a good way while you use it, but you feel much better in an hour. Totally worth it. Easy to store.

*Very* basic roller, works if you’re not looking for anything too deep. I would go for something different if I could.Absolutely awful if you have hair on your legs as the little roller pieces are not very tight together and when rolling your legs, it will catch on the hair and it will pull it out.

This is great for after workouts to release tightness in your muscles. Also great for bloat and to remove excess water or swollen areas. Really good roller.
