Typical Zwilling knife, great sharp blade with a comfortable handle. I make big sourdough boules and was getting sick of other knives that were either crushing the bread or took ages to get through the bottom side crust. I got this knife for my partner and it chews right through and gives smooth cuts. It also works great for cutting through tomatoes without squeezing much, if any, juice out of them. The only thing I would change is to make the blade a bit longer and the handle a bit heavier, but this something you'll find in the more premium version (that I use myself). The value is great either way.

Excellent sharp knife for newly baked homemade bread. Could have spent a lot more but I’ve had the block of knives from this company for many years and they are very long lasting. Would recommend

Coltello per tagliare il pane veramente ottimo. Davvero poco da dire quando un prodotto rispetta le aspettative. Ottima lama, dffilata e diritta. Ottimo acciaio. Buona impugnatura. Il prezzo sicuramente non è indifferente ma se state cercando un ottimo coltello lo avete trovato, altrimenti prendete quelli che vendono al supermercato

Le couteau est d'excellente qualité : lame épaisse et très coupante, manche solide avec une bonne prise en main. le design est sobre et moderne. Livraison rapide et prix très correct.
