I have just bought it and the quality of this belt looks really good. I've used some others in the past but this one is better. The fit is amazing and best of all it hides so easily under my clothes! If you wear tight fitting gym shirts you'd see the outline but it looks ok. It increases sweating in the area covered; thereby possibly more fat burning. So far, I am loving it.
