They do block cellular and Bluetooth signals. Without having access to an EMP I believe these would work as intended.

Surprising that a Faraday bag would have a plastic window in it as this one. The entire idea of a Faraday bag is that it surrounds the electronics with cooper to keep radio waves out which in turn secures the device. Now if there is a big or any hole in the bag it will let radio waves to your device. If you are looking for a cheap gimmick bag this on will do the trick. If you are looking for a real Faraday bag I suggest one without a window which is not this one.
