... tme this siberia 350 was debuting and i felt like it would be worth it to improve
My steelseries v2 was starting to have problems with the mic so i decided to get a new one and it was just about the tme this siberia 350 was debuting and i felt like it would be worth it to improve. As soon i got them the sound was clearly an improvement compared to previous siberias i have used even with sound cards included so i was really happy about that. They're comfortable.. kind of, I mean they always say u can spend hours of gaming without discomfort but thats not really the case ever. These are good but atleast to me i gotta take them off after 2 hours and have like a 5 minute break and back to normal. I'm still very happy with my purchase because i fell in love with the sound quality of these, The mic is a bit stronger than previous models which is an improvement, So i recommend these to anyone whos looking for a new headset and has enjoyed the previous siberia models

Good budget gaming headset
I've used this headset almost daily for about a year, and it's held its course quite well. It doesn't sit on your head too tightly, the pads are comfortable, and the RGB lighting is alright. Even though it looks a bit flimsy, it has tanked every fit of anger I've had (which isn't too often, don't worry) with minimal wear. This headset works best when playing games; this is a gaming headset, after all. The 7.1 surround is really helpful in first-person shooters. I play a ton of Overwatch, and these have saved me from sneaky flankers quite a few times. It even supports plug-and-play for consoles. Plug it into a USB port on a console, and you have full headphone and mic capability. The inclusion of a mic mute switch is very nice, however I never used it much as I have a much better microphone for my PC. I do have some gripes about them, though. This headset isn't very good for just listening to music, especially if you like bass-heavy beats. The software that comes with them does have an equalizer that you can use to adjust the frequencies, but even with the lows boosted, there's still not a lot of bass. Occasionally, some frequencies will cause a grainy feedback sound in the speakers, which is very distracting when playing a game or doing homework. The cable is kinda short for my needs, so I would get a USB extension if you're using these with a desktop or a console. The volume adjuster dial attached to the cord broke for seemingly no reason, which was a bummer because that was such a useful feature. All in all, the Siberia 350 is a great PC and console gaming headset for a relatively low price, but they're not the best for listening to music.

Trash Cans
I can't believe how badly these headphones sound. I've read reviews from tech/gaming websites for the past week and finally decided to purchase these after seeing the praise and adulation thrown on them. I'm coming from a Plantronics 780 headset that's about 3 years old. It was $80 at the time and I absolutely loved them. They had decent bass, great treble and most importantly a fantastic soundstage. I started with some music. Garbage. Tinny sound and awful DTX. Figured, OK, let's try with BF1. I played for 3 minutes before deciding to return these overpriced heaps of trash. Use your money for anything other than these.

Decent headset with zero durability. You can spend less money on a better headset.
Before these broke, they were OKAY, but not at all worth the money. The sound quality was great, and they are extremely comfortable. However the microphone quality is terrible, and picks up a ton of background noise which is annoying for your party. But that was BEFORE they broke... I had these headphones for about 9 months before the sound on them crapped out. One day I was gaming, then left to grab some dinner, when I came back from dinner the sound coming out of either ear was completely muffled. I tried moving USB ports and everything, but it was the hardware in the speakers that was the issue. There is no way a 9-month-old $115 headset should be breaking without any kind of mistreatment from the user. I now have the Corsair Void RGB, which is almost $40 cheaper, the sound quality is comparable, and the microphone quality is significantly better. Higher quality for lower cost. Hope this helps.

Good headphones for price
Quality headphones, you need to download the software and mess around with the equalizer for the set to work for gaming (like CS:GO). Very comfortable, honestly prefer these over my krakens. The mic is not crystal clear as stated though,I don't even use it.

Best headphone I've ever owned, still great after a year
I bought these headphones to replace a set of Turtle Beach headphones that had a damaged cable. Overall they are very comfortable to wear for long periods of time, I've gone 6+ hours without taking them off, and generally do not notice them when I'm gaming or watching movies. The sound quality is top notch, everything sounds balanced, I can easily pick out distinct instruments and even background noise on music recordings when I'm listening to that. In terms of design it looks more fragile than some more beefy headsets, however, it has held up very well for me, and the lack of excess material means that they are very lightweight. I would highly recommend these headphones if you spend long periods of time using headphones and can afford them.

Solid product, definitely worth the money.
So I'm not a huge audiophile—it's quite possible other people with better ears than I might disagree. However, with that caveat: 1. Packaging was very nicely done. Somewhere along the way, people realized that presentation was important. A fancy box, and I'm keeping it in case I need to move or transport the headphones. 2. Works perfectly on both my Mac, Windows 10, and a PS4. Granted, you need to plug the headphones into the USB port on the actual PS4, but after that's done, it works perfectly. Folks on the other end of the microphone report it's great. 3. The shifting color is a gimmick (I can't see it!) but the headphones are comfortable and they work really well. I've had a number of long gaming sessions, and never had a complaint.

I bought this headset 4 years ago now... still have it and it’s still working like it’s brand new, and I’m not very kind to it sometimes. After 4 years cuffs are starting to lose Color with wear but not even close to being damaged enough to give a damn. Sound quality is fantastic overall and leaves nothing at all to be desired. The mic isn’t terrible, I do use a blue yeti for quality streaming but for most people just gaming the mic does just fine, doesn’t pick up a ton of bad either. Again... 4 years and I don’t plan on replacing any time soon... you would NOT have that kind of quality from other large brand names... Oh and this one is very comfortable too... my biggest issue with headsets is how heavy they are and how much pressure the cuffs put on my ears... not this one, it’s got a suspension kinda thing going on and the headset is light as a feather and no pressure on the ears allows for hours of comfortable wear, likely the reason why it’s so durable for this long as well.

Works great! Easily customizable! The software is easy to use! Sound Quality is great! (All Opinionative of course) I've other steel series products (older models) and they were okay. The only thing, if anything I would point out about theses headphones, is the volume controller. It's great that it controls your computer/audio system volume levels directly but it's quite loose or susceptible to its environment. If the wire is dangling and volume control wheel rubs against your clothes it will decrease/increases the volume (not much resistance in the wheel itself). Otherwise great product and fun and easy to use! Oh, and it feels great to wear! (Ships really quickly from my experience)

Comfort and sound quality each value 5 star. Compared to my 6 year old Turtle Beach, it's really amazing. Where this headset loose two stars is on the mic quality (too sensible from any sound, any little hit on the mic, too big respiration, voice quality not so good, etc) the SteelSeries Engine (the software to use with this headset) who is really useless (you can change the LED colors, and the sound settings don't really make any difference). Also, there is the fact that after 2 weeks only, the cable have started twisting itself, and I have to untwist it whenever I want to use it. For the price I've paid, I was hopping it not doing that before a long time (read: years...). I don't really suggest anyone to buy it if they really care a lot about mic quality, software engine who can do something useful and cable twisting.

This is a decent headphone for the money. By far its best feature is comfort - the headset floats on your head like air. The mic quality is ok, and the sound processing is middling. My last set was a Turtle Beach set that broke along a plastic seam - it cost about 30% more but the sound quality was superb. On the other hand the SteelSeries is certainly better than a $30 basic level headset (of course it costs more.) You get what you pay for - I'll be a contented customer if this set lasts a few years.
