I like your selection of product which you deliver. But there are some short finding things after post delivery. Regarding warranty Given by the company. Because you don't take the product back while we approach you to take back the product during the warranty period and exchange the product.(I.e. Rico electric chopper) which we were using almost 3 months but suddenly it hascstarted non functioning I had requested you to exchange it with the dealer since there was a warranty of one year. You refused to deal with my request Since the product was purchased through you it was your duty to redress the complain. Now there are some product you displayed you for which company gives warranty say for one year but there is a note that if you purchase the product on your website then there is note that we will 3 years warranty. How we can believe this. I am very sorry to narrate the fact.(Rico electric chopper) you asked me to approach the company. It is very strange. You take the product backif it is difective within seven days of your delivery. But what about actual warranty.

Useless product. Please don't buy. They have sent a rejected piece where entire raincoat has leaks and even in light rain it will leak inside making all your cloths wet. Totally waste of money.

Expected something better as the brand is duckback. . anyway ok product with nice fitting and dont need to order one size extra to fit.

Good product

This is 4th rain coat ordered from Duck back. No water leakage inside. Good quality. Easily goes for 3-4 years. My dad n me have using this brand for almost 10 years
