There's some really good recipes in the book with tips on prepping ahead so I'll be using it to complement my current cooking and give some more ideas on healthier options. The plan provided assumes you will want to eat the same few dishes over the course of a week which I find quite dull so I won't be following it. There is also a lack of pictures. Some amazing sounding recipes but I feel pictures would help grab the attention of the reader more. It's a nice quality print and smart layout and overall a good addition to the kitchen.

I have so far prepped 1.5 weeks of meal and let me tell you....I tried week 2 and 6 meal. For week 6, it took me more than 4 hours and I have up half way because it was just too much! The back and forth from one page to another is hard to navigate and imagine cooking with wet hands and turning the pages. Anyway, giving it a 4 because the food does taste good, and I'm now going back to continue what's left of week 6.

I truly love this book. It is great for those who have inflammatory issues and want to change over to a non-inflammatory diet. The portion sizes are accurate and low in calories. The book reflects the knowledge of a dietician who promotes a healthy lifestyle and wants to give back to her readership.
