Fit on my 2002 Sierra 1500
Great fit. Installed on 2002 RCSB Sierra 1500 when I did my 4l80e swap and it bolted right up with no issues.

Nicely designed but needs better welds
Haven’t installed it yet so idk how good it’ll fit with the 4l80, looks nicely built but it needs better welds The weld on the part where the transmission mount goes is pretty bad, I’m going to test fit it, if everything fits perfect, I will grind off the existing weld and put a better weld on there

Perfect fit
I replaced my 2004 Chevy Silverado 1500 two wheel drive 4L60E transmission with a 4l 80e transmission and this cross member fit perfectly between the frame rails and the correct distance back to support the new transmission as needed. Seems like good high quality powder coating and should last for years. Would highly recommend. Better than having to cut and weld and hope that you get the angles correct. This just bolts right in
