It really does stop the pain!
Usually when I see something advertised on Facebook, I ignore it, but this time I looked at it (this was a couple of years ago now) and tried it. To my surprised it worked better than anything topical I’ve tried for pain. In the past, (a LONG time ago), I tried things like Ben Gay, which smell terrible, but the hot-cold felt good. Then, I found Aspercreme, which is great. No smell, and takes away the pain, somewhat like aspirin works…you put it on and no smell - and, after about 10-15 minutes, the pain is gone. I still use it on areas that are less painful. Then, came Outback! It’s oily (Aspercreme is NOT oily, and disappears into the skin; doesn’t hurt clothing, etc), but doesn’t seem to hurt clothes, and has a pleasant smell. It, too, works within about 10-15 minutes, and works longer and better than Aspercreme. I use it before bedtime on my hips where they ‘hit’ the mattress and the pain keeps me awake. With the Outback, the pain is gone and I can sleep. It works most of the night. If I wake up after about four hours, I reapply it. If I don’t wake up, the pain is kept below the “wake me up” threshold 😊,and I can continue sleeping. I really love the stuff. For larger areas requiring more (I get foot cramps at night and need to put it between my toes), I use the spray. I’ve kept a log, and it’s less per night than the the larger pump (for me, anyway 😉). Since this is more expensive, keeping the log has helped me know which to buy: the roll on, spray or pump. I highly recommend it!

Smells good and clean and feels better.
This item relieves some pain but it sprays to much at a time but I've learned to regulate the amount. Took me a few times using it.

The only thing that helps my neuropathy
I bought everything I could find when I first got nerve pain in my feet. I went through about 30 cans of Aloecaine and Lidocaine sprays, and they did nothing. Arnica oil, balms, creams, nerve sprays and tonics. I'm on my 2nd can if this stuff. It lasts about a month per can. You don't need much. I rub it into my feet with a rubber glove, them massage Gold bond diabetic body lotion into my feet, and it relieves the nerve pain and warms my feet for several hours. I finally could sleep for longer than an hour at a time.
