Very good quality makes toast quickly easy to use, lovely colour goes well with my kitchen

We are pleased with this toaster's performance, as it produces very evenly browned toast, quickly. It also looks good, and we bought the matching kettle too. But after a few weeks the right-hand toast section would not stay down, and just popped back up, so could not be used. I contacted Amazon's chat facility, assuming that the toaster would need replacing, but the very friendly agent said that there was something that needed doing first - namely unplugging the toaster, then turning it upside down over the sink and operating the levers up and down 10 times. So, while the agent was online, I did this, and big chunks of toast fell out into the sink! This is despite my wife cleaning out the crumb trays frequently. After this treatment the toaster works again and has been fine. So good for the agent knowing about this fault - he said he had had to do the same on his own toaster - and bad for Bosch designing it so that this can happen at all. A good looking solidly made and very well performing toaster, but one that you may well have to turn over and shake 10 times from time to time!

The toaster looks great in my new kitchen. It matches my kettle. It is really easy to use. You just need to press the lever gently. It has a useful defrost button too. The level of browning is easily adjusted. This is a good quality product. It is worth the price paid.

The most appalling customer service this product was not fit for use. It failed after 2 months. when I contacted customer service spoken to a manager this time of year was not even considered and they had to stick to the rules of BOSCH and I would have to send this back for repair and this would take all over Christmas no give or alternative answer to this problem. Just BOSCH RULES. It's going in the bin and I will not be purchasing Bosch again.

Great toasting quality. The temperature controls allow for a perfect slice. A quiet eject was a surprise and the colour looks great. Fits thick slices.

Generally decent enough, seems to struggle with crumpets as they get caught at the bottom of the toaster, it takes several attempts to free them before they come loose. Aside from that it's a good looking device. Bread seems to fit in it pretty well even from an uncut loaf

This toaster is the best I’ve had for years. Lightweight, 4 wide slots for our home baked bread. Low height, fits easily below wall cabinets The bread doesn’t require turning half way Has 2 easily removed Crumb trays It’s not perfect or cheap. One side does brown slightly faster than the other, this isn’t a problem in out house All in all I wish I’d bought it ages ago
