Excellent for immunity
I’ve purchased these many, many times. I take them about 3 weeks before a trip and during the trip until gone. It’s helped me stay healthy, even when people I’ve traveled with have caught stuff. ! I use them when I have to fly and attend trade shows, lots of people. They have helped me stay healthy. Yes they smell and taste awful. And they are expensive. But they’ve worked so well for me. I’ll continue to buy when needed.

I couldn't take the flavor
This may be a wonderful supplement, but I could not stand the flavor and especially the aftertaste. If you are sensitive to flavors, be warned.
