If you’re looking for the perfect nude pink lipstick for medium brown skin with a neutral undertone, NYX Lip Lingerie Matte Liquid Lipstick in Exotic is the one. I tried a lot of different brands, and also shades in this formula before realizing this was it for me. I’ve been using this exact shade for eight years, and I still haven’t found a better option—at this point, it's my longest committed relationship. This formula is kiss-proof, smudge proof, and transfer-proof, so you don’t have to worry about it fading or ending up on someone else's face. If you drink through a straw, it lasts all night, and even if you’re sipping directly from a cup, it holds up for at least five hours. After all these years, I still haven’t found anything better—It's super easy to apply and forgiving if you overline, has long staying power, and is the perfect every day shade for brown skin.

This color is awesome! I got scandalous and I'm not sure why this description says it's "teal with shimmers" because it literally is NOT. At all... It's a true matte greige. Right in between brown and grey. It's extremely grunge and spooky for like a creepy yet casual autumn grunge goth look. It will last you through like one drink then it starts to dissappear softly in the center so it will need reapplied through out the day. It's dry but not heavy so I like it.

The liquid itself is good. It's not super long lasting but will last most of the day without another application. It does make your lips feel a bit dry but honestly, I haven't come across a liquid lipstick that doesn't do that(even higher end stuff). I love the color. I ordered Embellishment. What I dislike the most about this product is that the wand is poorly made but I guess you can't expect much for the price. I'm used to the applicator being curved for easier application. This one is straight and thin which makes it a little harder to put on. I ended up using my own lip brush. Overall, I feel like it deserves four stars. Would I buy again? Probably. It's affordable and does the job and my complaints are only minor. :)

My favorite shade of NYX lipstick. It's hard to find in stores now. Happy to find it on Amazon.

My GO to for lipstick. Long lasting, reasonably priced.

I give this 3 stars because I really liked the color and the payout. Looked nice when I applied it to my lips. Went on smooth and like butter. Applies wet like a gloss, but eventually dries and turns matte. Why I didn’t give it another 2 stars is the fact that once it fully dries it makes your lips feel like the desert! I’ve tried a lot of other mattes that fee hydrating on my lips, but this one didn’t unfortunately.

Lasts longer than any I’ve used, absolutely no transfer after dry
