REVLON One-Step Volumizer Original 1.0 Hair Dryer and Hot Air Brush, Red

I initially bought this item after hearing great reviews and it was recommended by a friend of mine who is a hair stylist. I loved it so much, I actually bought it again as a Christmas gift for a close friend. This is a busy, working mom’s best friend (and even a busy single gals)! I’ve tried other blow brushes before but nothing compares to the drying power and heat produced by this brush- I was skeptical at first and wouldn’t have bought it in the first place if it wasn’t recommended by the hair stylist friend of mine. It really saves me time and ensures I have blow out hair after every wash! I receive many compliments on my hair and have recommended it to others cause I was amazed it actually worked. It also has the cool air function, which I typically would use with my regular blow dryer to achieve a blow out, but it’s much more light weight and easy to use since it’s also brush. If you’re debating getting an expensive blow dryer or flat iron (I have both of these), I would definitely forego as you can easily achieve the perfect blow out with this item. You’ll also save as you won’t need to visit blow lounges anymore. I have a lot of hair and it’s wavy- but this brush works perfectly and saves me so much time. The trick is to let your hair air dry to the point it’s almost dry to prevent your hair from drying. Love how I can also fit it into my purse or gym bag! Definitely recommend as you will save time and money. The price on this is amazing.. will never buy an expensive blow dryer or flat iron again!

Love this hair dryer!! Cuts my drying time WAAAAAY down! My hair is pretty wavy/curly, I just let it air dry a little bit, then run this through. I can use large sections, so it only take me minutes to dry my hair completely. AND it's ready for the flat iron immediately!

Essentially this is a blow dryer inside of a brush.. but it makes all the difference for people who don't do well at blow drying their hair. I don't blow dry often because of my naturally curly hair but when I do, I manage to make myself look like a clown. This gave me a salon look in about 30 minutes (on the low setting)... Which is saying a lot, because it's taken upwards of an hour and a half at the salon, let alone when I do it myself! I have deceptively thick curly hair. I get so impatient and never ever get the back done. I am super impressed with this tool. While it's really big, it's also ergonomic which is really nice. I also should mention that my hair comes out incredibly smooth. Usually when I use heat, my hair gets crunchy..even though I have consulted with my hairdresser about the correct temperature. She bought me a professional hair straightener a few years ago and taught me how to use it. I prefer this tool. She does a wonderful job, but I can never replicate it. I used this before my bridal appointment a few days ago (my 2nd time using it) and my hair was so smooth that the hair pieces kept falling out. I've never had that problem before in my life. Also if you are concerned about getting your roots, I think this product does a good job of allowing them to dry without putting direct heat on them. When I dry with a blow dryer I get this weird dip in my hair from where my roots are wet and don't dry with as much volume as the area I blow-dry. With this I life sections of my hair up and rotate the hair around the brush several times to form a curl but in that process I can feel air getting down the whole strand. I haven't had any problems of my roots being wet or the weird dip.

I’ve been wanting one of these for the last year and a half & finally decided to get one, as my dryer died a couple months ago & the straightener I have needs to go. I am OBSESSED with this thing! Super easy to use, not heavy, glides through my hair, and is super quick at doing multiple jobs. I let my hair air dry for about 20 min, used my favorite blow dry spray & then sectioned my hair as I would if I were flat ironing. The smaller the sections, the better the results & the closer you’re able to get to the root. In all, I don’t think it took me more than 8 - 10 minutes. My hair looks exactly ( well, honestly better ) as it would if I had blow dried & then flat ironed. My only complaint would be that the “Cool” setting is not cool - at all. I’m not sure if that setting is defective or like this across the board, but I still used it after each section to “cool” my hair & help minimize frizz.

This is my second revlon one-step, and I thought it was time to add a review. I have long DENSE curly (3A) hair. I block 2.5+ hours to wash, dry, and style my hair, and that’s with a $400 blow dryer. (If I win the lottery my first move will be a someone to do live-in helps with blowouts!!) I had doubts that this budget gadget would cut it, but now I can skips the straightener/curl step AND people seem to think I just got a blowout. Cons: My first unit stopped kicking out high heat after a year, but I did put it through a lot. The ‘original’ barrel size doesn’t get close to the scalp. I’m ambidextrous so I run my dryer at the same time and aim it at those damp spots. Doing it separately also works. Pros: I did not get my hair stuck around the barrel like I did as a child. I was 99% sure that would happen. Also, huge time saver, volume, and fab style all for one low price. Tips: I use my microfiber towel and then brushing it out before using it. It does drying and all, but it seems to work best as a team effort.

Tuve uno anterior a este color rosa y me duró 3 meses. Este lleva conmigo más de dos años y sigue cumpliendo su función, ha mantenido el color y los pelitos. Lo recomiendo.

Es una excelente herramienta para peinarse, la verdad es que me ha sorprendido lo fácil de usarlo y el resultado que da es muy bonito, tengo tiempo con el cepillo y hasta el momento funciona como si fuera nuevo aún, lo recomiendo mucho no te arrepentirás de adquirirlo

Excelente producto! Llegó en buen estado, lo he usado 5 veces y ha sido eficientemente. Tengo abundante cabello y lo tengo largo, en cuestión de menos de 15 minutos todo mi cabello está totalmente seco y peinado. Si lo usas recién salida de bañar tardas 15 minutos pero si ya tienes el cabello medianamente seco, en menos de 10 ya está listo :) El cepillo es grande pero no representa complejidad para manipularlo :)

Es la mejor herramienta de secado de cabello, te queda super sedoso y te dura varios días el cabello bonito, claro como cualquier secadora de cabello es ruidosa pero nada problemático, trae un conector más amplio, más seguro, ya que viene de eua, la presentación de Amazon México viene con un conector sencillo así que espero ayude a que no se descomponga tan rápido o le vaya a dar algún golpe de luz

Muy bueno solo maltrata bastante en cabello, más que una secadora normal
