Q: Are these chocolates shipped in temperature controlled packaging?

Dear Pat, Thank you for your Question; we will be happy to assist you with inquiry. Our shipping department works to ensure that every order arrives in perfect condition. We use FEDEX 2nd day air once your order has fully processed in our warehouse to make sure that the order experiences only a very short duration in uncontrolled environments. Furthermore, if the order is being delivered to a particularly warm area, along with the use of our standard insulated packing liners, we include cold gel packs to make sure that your order does not melt. We do recommend, however, that if you know the order is going to arrive in an area with any extreme weather conditions, you consider having the order shipped to a location where it will be picked up immediately or relatively soon after delivery.
