This is a good budget friendly supplement for kidney health. Since I am on prescription oral pills I know my liver and kidneys are relatively stressed (Qhich is normal with oral medication) so I take this supplement along with a Milk Thistle supplements so both my Liver and Kidneys remain in better health. Highly Recommended.
