Dr Teal's Sleep Spray with Melatonin & Essential Oil Blend, 6 fl oz

I love this stuff I bought two bottles and use them every night. It really smells great and relaxing, and will make you sleepy. The bottle quality is great as well and there is a good amount of product in it. If you want to add a little relaxation to your night to help with sleep then I would buy! I also love using it with the melatonin lotion they have!

The aroma is just so relaxing! It helps me to fall right to sleep! I love to spray my pillows and sheets and have the lotion and body wash also!!

this does wonders and works quick, i love it for me or for my toddler when he decides to have the zoomies past midnight, i spray it on our clothes and all over the bed

Used this last night and it smells good and helped me fall asleep. When my cat woke me up at 5am (lol) it also helped me get back to sleep quickly. I only rated 4 stars though because I wish it had a stronger lavender smell, which is why I purchased it. In my opinion, it’s very weak and kind of overwhelmed by the other scents. I may try adding some lavender essential oils to it to make it more prominent. Overall, happy I bought it though!

I want to recommend this product. If your children have trouble falling asleep at night, this helped my children have a very restful sleep after their shower.

I used this quite a few times but I had a negative reaction the last time I sprayed my pillows and bedding. I woke up extremely dizzy, felt disoriented, and light headed from I guess a melatonin overload. I would use it seldomly and not spray too much. Also do not use if you only have 5-6 hours left of sleep because it takes roughly 30 mins to an hour to kick in and it can take several hours to wear off. But overall it does work if that helps anyone!

My 9 year old loves this spray. He does think it works like a tranquilizer, and will spray it at people (usually me, when I’m reading to him at bedtime) to get them to fall asleep. But it smells great and helps with positive bedtime associations :)
