This is great product. I actually own 2 of them. I have hosted few shwarma parties and it hasn't disappointed. Worked like a charm. The construction is sturdy. It's also very easy to disassemble and to clean up after use.

This stainless steel vertical skewer has a solid feel and shows that it is manufactured with quality in mind! Taking it out of the box it is immediately noted that the stainless steel has been machined and polished to give it a bright and clean sheen. The two skewers (one long and one short) screw into the bottom plate easily and cleanly with no problem or binding. It is the perfect size to fit into your grill or smoker for a tasty entertainment treat!

I love tacos al pastor. Like, to the point that I think I could eat it everyday. When I researched how to make it at home I realized that I needed a few extra tools in the kitchen, mainly a vertical spit to stack the pork on. This spit held up perfectly through the 4 hour cook time, even catching the majority of the liquid in the small but adequate lower bowl. That being said, definitely put a pan under it to catch any excess liquids.

Exactly as expected

Decided to try this verticals skewer style of cooking for tacos al pastor. Definitely a good idea. Whole process is a bit messy but once you taste that al pastor goodness, you’ll be glad you stuck with it. I used the longest skewer and no issues fitting into oven. Will be trying different cooking methods on future cooks but the oven method yields very respectable results.

Item was packed well and arrived quickly. Loaded it up with marinated sliced pork shoulder and threw it on the grill. The bottom plate is a little skimpy for the amount of meat I used so had an extra drip pan to catch the juices. Easy cleanup too.

Product is well made and and having two sizes of spits in a plus. The only draw back is the catch tray is to shallow and allows juices to overflow in to the pit. Upgrade the catch and this would be a "5" Star

Bought this specifically for doing tacos Al pastor on my BGE. Worked great and was easy to clean. Could be a little deeper for holding veggies but I set it in a cast iron skillet and that worked fine.
