I've been using this antenna with NetBSD and Linux, it's really nice.

The product is easy to install and it functions as advertised.

So far, I have nothing good to say about the product. It did not work out of the box. I guess I will reserve any further comments when I receive the replacement.

La qualità del prodotto sembra alta ma non è adatta agli utenti Windows. È un prodotto pensato per gli utenti unix che devono effettuare prove di sicurezza sulle reti. Sotto Windows presenta seri problemi: continua a disconnettersi dalla rete a cui è connessa.

Die Hacker-Features dieses WiFi-Adapters interessieren mich eher weniger. Aber die erhöhte Reichweite mit der Antenne und die Tatsache, dass sich das Ding stationär montieren läßt, machen es doch recht interessant. 150Mbit als theoretisches Maximum sind aber immer noch hinreichend um die meisten DSL Anschlüsse sinnvoll zu nutzen. Also wer mit seinem WLAN in Haus oder Wohnung Reichweitenprobleme hat, muss sich nicht unbedingt schmerzlich mit einem Repeater durchhangeln. Möglicherweise geht es hiermit mit weniger Performance-Einbussen. Zudem kann man über das USB-Kabel vom Rechner auch noch etwas Distanz verringern oder eine bessere Empfangsposition hinbekommen. Gute Sache ... dafür. Allerdings: wer einen hochmodernen Router hat, ist mit "beam-forming" Equipment vermutlich noch effizienter.

Buena opción si necesitas una conexión Wifi compatible con herramientas de hacking ético. Permite modo monitor y la inyección de paquetes, necesario en muchas de las tareas de auditoria Wi-Fi.

Testé avec Windows 7 et 10 / appareil reconnu rapidement. Signal stable dans mon cas avec la box relativement proche. Débit dans la moyenne mais il ne faut pas vous attendre à des miracles. Très bonne antenne wifi qui augmentera la distance de portée de votre signal wifi. Facile à connecter via une prise USB. Se connect facilement à votre réseau.
