Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra N986B 5G Dual Sim 256GB Mystic Black

Lovely quality phone. Excellent refurbished. Superb functionality and battery life. Excellent sound quality. Scratch resistant screen. Overall one of the best offerings from Samsung. Stay away from the flips. Had two and same screen failing on brand new! Also Samsung for the flip has extremely poor customer service. Amazon however stepped in and resolved my issues regarding this. The Note 20 Ultra stands the test of time so we'll done for that!!

The phone was listed as NIB (new in box). When it arrived, I had my doubts when I viewed the box. The text on the box was not standard and typos. The wrap was thin, there was No instructions inside, the screen was subpar as it had a non original peel off label on screen and back. The back of handset label with IMEI details, etc is not on the handset but is on the peel off film on back. The box included the headphones and the charger unit. The charger was definitely pre owned/used/in a box with the multiple scuff marks and dents. The USBc cable and Headphones were just rolled up very loosely and not in the smooth mechanical wrap with a tie as is with a New in Box handset. The battery was at 90% not 100%. The functionality of trying to dial the codes to confirm if it is a New or Refurbished handset have been disabled - no access. The *# codes do not work. There is no possible way to have the OTA confirmation of NEW by the codes and or the IMEI number1 or number2 of handset. I had to contacted Samsung to confirm the handset. Samsung looked up both IMEI numbers, the Serial Number, etc. Samsung stated is a New Zealand based handset that the phone is definitely Not new. Also they said the phone is definitely a Refreshed, Refurbished handset. In addition the warranty expired years ago. I is listed as a New in Box price and received a refurbished unit with stripped down functionality. I returned the unit because it was not as advertised. I expected a handset that was made in surplus.

This is my second galaxy note 20 ultra. I chose this one as its the last version with a memory card slot. Not really interested in the new features on any galaxy note series after the 20 as none of them have expandable storage

poor battery

Bought as a Christmas present for my girlfriend as she wanted a phone that you could put a SD card into for memory, this phone is brilliant as it can take up to 1tb. Battery life while using apps lasts a day. Screen quality is superb. It comes with a little pen and being a Samsung it's easy to use. Finger recognition is a bit tricky as if you're not quick enough but other than that functionality is perfect for anyone. The speed of loading apps is good. I would say value for money is very good, if you're looking for a new phone but can't afford over a grand this is perfect to go for as it is also 5G

Hi really like phone arrived quick but first time I dropped it even in protective case which I also from Amazon the screen cracked paid £225.00 for the phone but have been told it will cost £200.00 to replace the screen now .now had the phone 10 weeks
