Way better than dish soap to find leaks
Way better than dish soap to find leaks. Anyplace that is leaking will turn into a huge blob of bubbles. You can't miss it. The blue seems to fade away over time as well. Great product.

Works great, minimal residue
Works just like soapy water, but labeled safe for oxygen. Does not leave a slimy residue like another ‘hi viz’ leak detector I tried.

Thick and what is it made of?
I was able to find a leak, but this stuff is thick, and there are no ingredients on the label, so I don't like that I don't know what it is made of. I wish I had not purchased it, as for less than a penny, I could have used soapy water.

Use this at home inspections to check gas meter and if there is bubbles we know we have a leak!

Did not foam when applied with sprayer.
I was concerned that the product would foam erroneously when sprayed at a possible failed seal. Not only did it not foam but the slight viscosity caused the product to cling to the fittings so long that I decided to wipe it off with a damp towel. Then I became concerned that it might be too viscous and no buble or foam with a minute leak. So, I checked the fittings with a less viscous backup brand that I dabbed on, still no foam or bubbles. I think I'm good. Oh, and the left over will be used when I hookup my portable generator to LPG or NG using temporary, flexible lines and quick connects.

I was trying to find a small leak in my air compressor. I was losing 5 pounds a day but could not find the leak using dish soap and water in various combinations. I bought this and because it stays where you put it and works for quite a while I was able to find a small leak at the release valve that had frustrated me for a year. It was worth every penny to find the stubborn leak.
