This ice pack has made a big difference in my healing. It’s flexible and so easy to strap on, and the soft side makes it more comfortable. It’s recommended to use it for 15 to 20 minutes at a time and it definitely stays cold enough.

When my husband had knee surgery, we needed something to keep his knee cold that wouldn't slide off. This worked great. In fact it was perfect. It stated in place and is reusable. It stays cold for several hours and it's sturdy but flexible enough to bend how you need it to. It's not heavy and it's the perfect size for what needed.

Perfect for meniscus knee surgery! Great fit, comfortable, easy to use and comes with a nice plastic bag to use when placing in freezer. Velcro straps are long to securely adjust to fit snuggly around leg. Game changer! Highly recommend!

Nice ice pack for knees. The straps do really hold it in place even if you walk around a little. While it holds the coldness well, if you want it to hold for a long time, you have to freeze it for a long time as well. Good value for the money.

Best ice pack I've ever used. Perfect sizing across my knee thanks to the adjustable velcro straps ( I am petite). I had a high speed ski crash 2 weeks ago and this pack has been my best friend. Aided greatly in pain management and healing.

This product is great.. three reasons why I highly recommend it. The ice wrap freezes quickly ( no need for stupid frozen peas). It stays soft when frozen which makes it pliable to the knee. And it stays in place because of the attached elastic bands. My husband just had a knee replacement and this worked amazingly well. 10 days post surgery and he is progressing better and better every day. Even took a few rotations on the stationary bike. This ice wrap worked! Buy it.

I hardly ever write a review which is terrible becsuse I really depend on people’s reviews when purchasing products. I really appreciate the honest reviews and makes a huge difference on what I decide to buy. I ordered 2 of these ice packs for my knees and they are great!!! They cover the knee area, stay cold a long time, the straps are long and fasten well and they have 2 sides, one being a soft velour type material which is good if your not wearing pants or using a thin material to keep the vinyl side from being next to your bear skin. I can’t say enough except tell you that I highly recommend!!!

This ice wrap was just as advertised. One side has a soft exterior which gooses against the knee when it comes out of the freezer. It can tell be turned over to get additional cold wrap. The attached straps with Velcro on the ends makes I easy to use either side. I liked it so much I ordered a second one.

This is a very well designed product. It arrived well packaged inside a cardboard packaging from the brand itself with the below contents: 1. 2 x ice packs with integrated velcro straps 2. 2 x freezer bags 3. User manual The build quality feels great right out of the box. The two sides of the ice pack are of a different material - one side feels plush and the other is nylon. The gel filling is compartmentalised to maintain a balance across the pack and is generous (see video) which ensures a great cold compression and the weight feels just right - I've used other brands that don't have enough gel and they don't have the same effect. The velcro straps are thick and long so definitely feel like they're built to last. Their length should ensure there's no issue wrapping it even around the widest part of the leg. The freezer bags have a ziplock but time will tell how long these ziplocks last. The user manual suggests the below: Freezing times:- Less than 4 hours = 10 minutes 4-6 hours = 20 minutes More than 6 hours = 30 minutes Recommendation of use:- The user manual also recommends starting with the plush side for 10 mins and then switching to the nylon side. Warranty: Lifetime from the date of purchase I've been using it to treat an ankle injury and can't recommend this enough! It gets rid of inflammation and provides effective relief from pain.

Great recovery product.. after playing sports I applied it as per recommended in the instructions leaflet in the package.. next morning I didn't feel any pair or inflammation that usually felt after playing sports at all. Great simple recovery tool.
