My son haven't been well and after some examination and tests, his GP suggested taking this Vitamin D supplement. It is a good value for money for a year supply. The tables are not too big, which is a bonus. I only gave 4 stars because of the packaging. The plastic container/packaging could be much smaller; it would be easier to store and it would be better for the environment.

Vitamin D isn’t the same as D3. D3 is what we get from the sun which is more readily absorbed and better for us. If your doctor tells you that you are vitamin D deficient, he or she actually means you’re D3 deficient. This is especially so during the winter months.
