Great pans! We love Nordic Ware. Due to the size and details of the Brilliance bundtlette, its hard to clean but worth it.

Nice and heavy, but hard to clean the crevices, even after soaking for 10 minutes. May have to buy a toothbrush to clean it good.

Going in, be sure to do your research on Bundt cakes. There’s recipes out there for cake release powder, which you absolutely will need, otherwise you’ve got a sticky mess. Used correctly, this is an excellent addition to your baker tool set. I love that each cake is big enough for one or two people. We usually put the rest in the freezer.

I bought this so that I could bake a smaller Bundt cake than 9 cups. I thought that each indentation would hold 6 cups, but it turns out that they hold less than a cup each.

I have several different sets of these midi bundt pans, knowing it is Nordicware it will be easy to clean, consistent in product, I am looking fwd to use these pans this coming week...
