Puedo decir que estás pastillas me an ayudado bastante es genial mis huesos sonaban bastante cuando bajaba las escaleras y cuando caminaba mi hermana me regaló un pote de estas y de una vez puedo decir que a las dos semana mis huesos no sonaban lo único cómo dice en las instrucciones que no se puede tomar con el estómago vacío y si sufre de refrujos gástricos no puedes tomar pero si hace todo como dice en las indicaciones puedes ver los resultado de inmediatos me facino bastante hasta ahora puedo decir que la recomiendo 🤩

This product is excellent! I have been suffering from pain and stiffness in my joints from menopause since January 2025. As other reviews have mentioned, you need to take the pills for two weeks before you start feeling results (I take my two pills first thing in the morning which is the maximum amount for the day). I have been pain free and also free from stiffness now for about a month. I feel like a new person!! Very impressed with these results and have been telling everybody!
