Brilliant, they light up the hallway beautifully, the varied light configurations with the remote control is superb, the application to the wall is very good and stick excellently, from a hallway that was fairly dark except for the ceiling lights Now looks great with the low warm white lights , lighting up everything. Bought as a replacement for kitchen plinth lighting. Wasn't sure if I needed warm white or cool white so great to have a choice. Ended up choosing the middle setting as warm white looked a little dim. Very easy to fit and adhesion is excellent but screw based fittings are included in the kit if adhesion is a problem. The main issue is the remote signal. Very Very weak. The fittings are obviously hidden behind the plinth and I was unable to get a signal even with the remote only the other side of the plinth. If there is not complete line of sight between the beginning of the strip and the remote you have no chance! Luckily once installed I don't need to continually change the settings so not a huge problem for me.

Lights and options are fantastic, the light is better than anticipated. Do be careful with the connection from tape to plug as it’s a bit fragile. Other than than really pleased with the lights

Good product and quick delivery

The remote is very temperamental and often won't work, buttons appear dead but then will start suddenly working. The lights don't fully turn off (see picture), they stay on at a very low light even after turning them 'off' using the remote. This creates a constant light emission and its total of energy.

PLEASE NOTE: I am using these lights with a u-shaped aluminium diffuser and it is included in this review. These lights look like any other USB lights. It comes with a handy remote that has various settings. This is why I bought them. I suffer from debilitating migraines and bright white light is not my friend. These did give me a migraine when I first used them but now I have the settings perfect and now just need switching on and off. They are stated to have 3 light temperature settings but with the remote you can actually achieve more by using the up & down arrows. If you start off on the lowest settings you can gradually turn the lights up to the highest setting and vice versa. Which is great for me because I can have them on the brightest setting my migraines will allow before kicking in. I bought the lights for my office/workspace and I bought a u-shaped aluminium diffuser to put the lights in (also bought on Amazon) and together they have completely transformed my work space. I have fixed them to the underneath of my shelf that runs the length of workbench. They are fantastic when I am doing product demo’s and tutorial's or crafting and making bits for my store. They give me so much more natural light and work really well when I am taking photos of my products or work as well. I will be buying the same setup to put on the other side of my room, again under a shelf or two, above my iMac & packaging station. Highly recommend using them with a diffuser.

Product Review: LED Light Strip for TV Backlighting - Great Brightness, Adhesive, but Limited Remote Functionality I recently purchased an LED light strip from Amazon to add a stylish backlight to my TV unit. While the product had some positive features, there were a few limitations that affected its overall usability. Despite the advertised capability of controlling the lights with the included remote, I encountered difficulties in operating it effectively. Even when placing the remote receiver close to the edge of the TV, I still had to be in very close proximity to the receiver for it to register the commands. This limitation made it inconvenient and impractical to adjust the lighting settings or change colors from a comfortable viewing position. The remote's lack of range proved to be a considerable inconvenience, as I had hoped for more flexibility in controlling the lights without having to constantly reposition myself. It was frustrating to have to get up and walk closer to the TV every time I wanted to make adjustments. This issue made me question the remote's overall functionality and its ability to deliver the promised convenience. In conclusion, the LED light strip I purchased for my TV unit had its strengths and weaknesses. The brightness and adhesive qualities were commendable, providing an appealing and secure lighting solution. However, the remote functionality fell short of expectations, requiring me to be unnaturally close to the receiver for it to respond reliably. If you prioritize convenience and remote control capability, this particular LED light strip may not be the best choice. Despite the remote limitations, the LED light strip still serves its primary purpose of providing attractive backlighting to the TV unit. If you can overlook the restricted remote range and are satisfied with the default lighting settings, this product can still enhance the visual appeal of your entertainment setup. I hope this review helps potential buyers make an informed decision. While the LED light strip's brightness and adhesive qualities are noteworthy, the remote's limited functionality should be taken into consideration before purchasing.

Easy to put up - even on painted plaster/plasterboard. I have never had to use the securing clips the glue is that good and I have even bent the lights through 90 degrees which is stated cannot be done. There is just one disadvantage in that when turned off with the controls but not switched off at the electricity then some of the lights stay on - they are very dim but they stay on. Since I have 3 sets controlled from the same point I use a bluetooth electric extension and trun off the electricity instead using an app on the phone. In this way I do not need the controls for the lights, unless I wish to change the intensity which I never do, and I use my app. Other than that they provide light to all types of regions. I use them to light up complete sections of wall where I am modelling so that I have intense light across the whole room
