The unit is working very well. I'm glad I read other reviews that talked about the snap-on cosmetic cover for the bolt falling off. Apparently the plastic molding is too loose to hold a tight grip when it's snapped on. I saw the same complaint on other sites. I checked and decided it did feel a little loose. So, I took a pair of channel locks and squeezed the sides in a little bit (near the open end) while using my heat gun very carefully so as not to damage the plastic. Once I had it reformed, I quickly put it in the freezer for just a few moments and it snapped on good and tight. Still in place without a problem.The hardest part of the whole process was getting the old unit off. I used lots of liquid wrench and it wouldn't release. A friend had a gear puller and we finally got it off. Just a heads up. You don't want to break a glass or ruin your wiper motor.

Perfect replacement would recommend a pulley puller to remove old wiper arm
