I've been thinking about these tests for years as I have a common sneeze reflex after eating in restaurants - but never been able to pinpoint what it is. The reason I hadn't done one before is that I'd had friends who'd done (other) tests and all come back with similar results - almost as if 'everyone' is sensitive to gluten, dairy, citrus.My results came back from this particular test with none of the above, which gave me confidence - in fact very few sensitivities, which was useful. There was logic to the results (eg I showed sensitivity to hummus, and chick peas, and sesame seeds and sesame oil - i.e. all ingredients in hummus).Also reassuring to see the vitamin/ mineral results which I didn't know were included for free, and to know I'm not deficient - I'd recommend buying a kit. It's quick, easy, not expensive, and potentially useful results!

I ordered this test just after Christmas to find out what I am intolerant too. It arrived quick, was straight forward and the results were very fast. It only took 2 days to get my results after they received my hair sample. It covered a wide variety of foods,drinks etc in the testing. I'm very pleased with this purchase. My husband and son will be ordering this test for themselves also. Top marks.

It provided what it was promised and more. I verified the result by eliminating those foods and metals shown with a red dot in my report, and I could not be happier. I'd strongly recommend it.

Having serious problems with communications with Global Health,they came back saying I did not complete the information properly,what the probem was I was not told.I'am being told that the Redemption Code is wrong,Q what is the Redemption Code ! When you order this item please make sure u have a small plastic bag to complete their requests. For your sample has i didnt recieve one inside their product

I brought this because everytime I ate certain foods, I'd end up on the toilet. All you need is a couple strands of hair from the root and send it off. It was amazing to see what foods/ non foods etc I have a sensitivity to. They say it can take up to 2 weeks for your results to come back but mine took 5 days. Would definitely recommend this test to others, plus is pretty cheap too.

Sent off 3 tests 3 weeks ago! Still have not recieved results- rip off. Unable to return as we have used them!
