I loved this frother. It held a charge for a long time, until it died. I used it almost daily since last June. So I it lasted about 8 months. I assume the battery died. I have it on charge and it shows green as it is charged, but it no longer works. So sad. Maybe the manufacturer would like to say something here. Is your product designed to fail in less than a year? First Update: I changed my review to 5 stars as I contacted the company and they are sending a replacement! Yay! I miss my frother! Second update: I received the replacement within a few days! It works great! Elisa with Foodville customer service followed up to make sure I received the replacement and that it worked properly! Foodville Rocks! I cannot say enough about their customer service! Outstanding!

I ordered this frother after the model that I previously owned from a different brand died in less than a month, and I’m so glad I did because this one has been fantastic! It has three buttons for high, medium, and low speeds, so you don’t have to cycle through on a single button for multiple speeds like you do on other frothers. This may not seem like a big deal, but having three buttons is a huge improvement over one-button models. The Foodville frother has a flat base, so it can stand up on its own when not in use. This is nice because then the whisk part isn’t laying on the counter top. It is rechargeable and includes a USB-C cord, and the battery lasts several weeks on one charge. It comes with a little charging stand, which is nice, but you can also charge it by plugging the cord directly into the frother itself if that’s easier. The strength of the whisk is powerful enough to mix protein drinks quickly and thoroughly. The frother comes with three different attachments which is handy, although I’ve only used the regular frothing whisk thus far. Foodville customer service is also top-notch. The frother comes with a little pamphlet that encourages the user to register for their 2 year warranty, and it’s really easy to register with a QR code and the Amazon order number. At one point after several months of use, I ran into an unexpected problem with the frother turning off. I emailed Foodville, and a representative responded to me in less than an hour! I explained the issue, and they sent a replacement right away. The Foodville frother is a 5-star product that comes with 5-star customer service! 10/10 recommend, if you need a good frother for coffee, smoothies, protein drinks etc., buy this one!

I purchased the FoodVille MF09 (this product) in August 2021. I've used it to mix flavor packets, greens powders, pre-workout and post-workout powders, fiber powders, and other similarly textured powders with the frother attachment on a daily and nightly basis throughout the week. This little device has held up very well, exceeding expectations for any handheld mixer. It came with a standing USB charging base that was easy to use. I believe I've only charged it two to three times since I bought it, and it maintained its power very well up until each charge. The mixing is smoothest at the lowest setting and really gets the job done quickly, and it's a tiny bit jolty at the highest setting - super high powered and will splash your drink if it's too full, but it really mixes in those thicker powders. Sadly, several weeks ago I noticed the motor appeared to be dragging to full stop. The device came with a card requesting that you contact the customer service email for assistance with your product, so I emailed them with my issue. Within just a few hours I had an email back from a wonderfully helpful customer service representative who informed me that there is another model, which has some improvements (MF02) that they could send me. I am SUPER happy with FoodVille's proposed solution and the model they sent me~ For reference, the MF02 (new product) is sleek black and plugs directly into a USB port from its underside for charging. It came with a whisk and a frother attachment, and the USB cable. It also came with a stainless steel stand that I felt was missing from my previous purchase - using the stand to store the device upside-down has helped to keep water/powders from dripping down into the base where the frother attachment connects. Even better, this mixer is SMOOTH - it purrs compared to my original purchase, on all settings. The lowest setting I use for all of my mixing and it blends seamlessly with no jolting. The highest is more controlled than with the MF09, no jolting. I find overall that it's an improvement from the original model I purchased. This frother has been an excellent purchase, but the customer service is also divine~

This can lead to over-frothing or splattering if you're not careful. It's a minor learning curve, but it's something to be mindful of, especially for new users. Initial Issue with the Rechargeable Base: Upon first use, I encountered a problem with the rechargeable base—it simply didn't work. This was a significant inconvenience, as the effectiveness of a wireless frother heavily relies on its ability to charge efficiently. (See below). Customer Service: Upon contacting customer service regarding the faulty base, I was promptly assisted. The response was professional and empathetic, and they agreed to send a replacement base. While the initial hiccup was frustrating, the seller's willingness to very quickly rectify the issue was commendable and reflective of their commitment to customer satisfaction. Conclusion: Overall, the FoodVille Rechargeable Frother is a robust, efficient tool that does its job remarkably well. The issue with the rechargeable base was a setback, but the responsive customer service provided a satisfactory solution. I would recommend this frother to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality tool for their home coffee-making setup, with a caution to be mindful of the unexpectedly powerful settings.

I purchased the model MF09 about 3 months ago, and it was working great until it stopped working after about a month (there appeared to be something wrong with the circuitboard). Since I activated the warranty, they gave me a free replacement, but unfortunately, that one got the same issue with the circuit board. They were kind enough to send me another free replacement of the model MF05 (this was about a week ago), and so far it's working great, it's way smoother and way more powerful than the original. Overall the quality is much better. I recommend the model MF05 frother to anyone who is looking for an affordable, good quality frother!

Over the past few years, my family has gone through countless milk frothers from Amazon. Previous models, from other manufacturers, were battery-operated, poorly designed and ultimately only lasted a few months. 6 months maximum. Then we found a decent model that was rechargeable, had two attachments, but the design was poor and liquid leak into the base of the frother and it died as well. I tried contacting the manufacturer but they were no longer in business. We opted for the Foodville reachargeable frother, it has a solid design that prevents liquid from leaking into the frother's motor. It came with two attachments and a USB-C cord and base. We've using this brand for the past 8 months and it has been fantastic. About two weeks ago, it stops holding a charge. I reached out to the company explained the situation, they assured me it was still under warranty and that they would send out a replacement immediately. A few days later it arrived, as promised. The team at Foodville were professional, and prompt. It's nice to have a company back their product to this extent.

This is my second frother from this company. I love it. I had the first one for over 2 years and it worked very well until it stopped working. As it was one of my favorite appliances, I’m probably overused it. Knowing me, I probably killed it. But it was a wonderful addition to my kitchen. So of course, I jumped at a chance to purchase another one once the first one died. This one is even better. I love that it’s white, and has a very nice stand and the convenient carrying case. It’s powerful, enough to do the mixing that I need to do. I use it to scramble my eggs, froth my milk, and mix drinks. The buttons are very simple and easy to use. Simple toggle buttons that press in and offer various levels of speed - low, medium and high. And it’s rechargeable!!! It’s easy to clean, and quick to dry. I highly suggest this device for your kitchen. Also, may I add that their customer service is amazing. I registered for the warranty with the company, and their response time was so quick. The representative was very kind and helpful, and I was registered immediately. I highly suggest this company and their products. UPDATE 4/20/2025 I think the motor is gone. Green light indicated battery is charged but the whisk won’t move. I charged it on the base rather than using the cord directly on the device. I will provide an update after I reach out to them for further assistance. Update 4/27/2025 I contacted FoodVille regarding my issue with the frother. As I had the company's warranty on the device, I was able to receive support from Elisa - who was absolutely amazing! She suggested some troubleshooting tips, and explained to me that the base may have caused the issue. They are sending me a replacement, frother and I have since thrown away the vase to resist the temptation of using it. I am so very appreciative of their wonderful customer service and prompt attention to my issue. I will definitely purchase this device again from FoodVille. Elisa - YOU ROCK!!!!! Latest update: I have received my replacement device, and it is working just fine. I am very happy that I made this purchase, and that I contacted support for Food bill in order to make this happen. Everything was simply awesome, and very swift. I am very appreciative of the care and the knowledge that was shared.

Blender has been amazing. Love the frother for making my matcha and coconut milk to make it sweater. Blends it up perfectly! Making a whipped cream also tastes amazing with it. Making eggs using the little whisk attachment is the best thing for making eggs or whisking anything. Unfortunately somehow along the way after a couple months of using it it up and died on me. I reached out to foodville via their support and they got back to me within a couple days. They helped me try and troubleshoot the issues and when we couldn't fix it they went and sent me a new one without hesitation. They wanted to make sure I was taken care of. Awesome company who actually gives a crud about their consumers.
