silicone jump rope

Have had this for a couple months now and used it a number of times. Seems to be holding up pretty well. I really like the material and the fact it's a weighted jump rope gives my arms that added workout. The first couple times I used it, the cap which holds the metal weight inside the handle kept popping off. I eventually realized I didn't properly put it back on after adjusting the length of the rope. Anywho, I properly capped it and it hasnt popped off since. Only had that minor issue with one handle.

Wasn't sure on the weighted rope, as I believe my last one was just a speed rope, but really liking the feel of this. Too new to rate on durability. Also, I will be using it on a concrete pad. Not the best, but it is what I have, and I can't hold that against them if it does not stand up. Overall, the rope has a solid feel and weight , and doesn't kink.I wanted a rope that would help improve upper body strength, along with lower. I feel such a difference using this rope. I also liked that it was very easy to adjust. The adjustment is in the handles and couldn't be any easier. It has a lock that allows you to keep extra length in the handle, while you try out various adjustments. In the end, they gave a measurement guide, length of rope to height, which appears to be spot on for me.Very nice. Would recommend

I'm a stay-at-home mom always on the lookout for quick and easy ways to stay active, and this jump rope fits the bill perfectly. It's incredibly easy to use right out of the box, feeling very light in my hands. Adjusting the length was simple and quick, which I appreciate when time is precious. It also has a nice aesthetic, which is a small but welcome detail. The included carrying bag is incredibly useful for portability. Overall, this is a fantastic jump rope – great quality and super convenient for busy moms.

I like this jump rope a lot but the caps come off occasionally while I'm jump roping. Good quality for the price but could be a bit more sturdy.

I am new to Jump rope. This item is great. Rope portion is thick and durable and not too loud. Handles are weighted. I included a photo of the weights inside that are removable if you desire to. You can also custom the rope length easily by removing the end caps. I am 6’1 and I still had to adjust the length which is awesome for tall people! Finally, you can get great speed or slow pace easily with a flick of the wrist.

I've bought 3 of these so far. My bro is 6'1 and he uses it fine. I'm 5'6 and can use it at maximum length too , but adjustment is easy if you need to
