Despite not having much knowledge and it being the first battery change, I've done, the process was very smooth. I was satisfied with the results.

I wish I would've got this sooner. I used to have to plug in my tablet to use it as the battery was dead. After watching a video on the process of opening my tablet, I bit the bullet and ordered this replacement battery. It's nice having a tablet that I can use again...

Received order, opened box - contained battery and a small bag of tools to perform the battery replacement. Unfortunately, there was nothing else in the box - no papers at all. No instructions, not even a link or QR code to online instructions. So, off to Google to try to find some into. Fortunately, there were videos on YouTube that gave enough instructions to get the job done. Most of the instructions that I found had the first step as "Open the tablet by separating the front half from the back.", but didn't really go into more detail than that. After struggling for a while, (and feeling like something was going to break at any minute) I finally got the two separated (the metal pry tool included with this battery worked a treat!) - after that, the replacement was fairly straightforward, although disconnecting/reconnecting the cables was a bit fiddly. Finished the replacement, put it all back together, fired up the tablet, and it worked! Battery had 42% of a charge, so I put it on the charger - once it's fully charged, I'll start playing with it to see how long a full charge will last. Hopefully, I'll get back to the same battery life that this tablet had when new!Anyway, at this point, I would give 4 stars for the battery, add on 1 star for the tools, but subtract 2 stars for lack of any sort of documentation, whether printed or online.

It was easy to change, but I would think that would be the same for any brand.It holds a charge after six month of use comparable to when my tablet was new.

Once I got my tablet open, installation was pretty simple. Battery is going strong, so far. I'm very happy.

Installed 2 months ago. Will keep a charge for 15-20 minutes surfing the web.

What can I say? Installation was easy, battery holds charge for days and charges to 100%. Also came charged at about 70%. If you’re looking to replace your battery in the tablet you won’t go wrong with this one.

Great choice - Larger capacity than original, came with installation tools. Watched a youtube video, and Shazaam!My first Tab A battery replacement. Good product, delivered exactly as offered. For whatever reason, I was asked by amazzon to review this 5 days before the promised (and actual) delivery date.
